Plus: Demystifying geoengineering in latest Shocked podcast
Hello! Getting you caught up fast with what I’m up to ⤵️
Here are the highlights of my happenings at New York’s annual climate week, beginning Sept. 22:
Monday-Wednesday: Alongside my Axios colleagues, I’ll be interviewing several top newsmakers for a suite of programming at Axios House in midtown, including Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), the chief sustainability officer of Delta Airlines, nuclear power executives and more. Register your interest here.
Fun fact: We will have a variety of snacks and refreshments throughout the day — caffeine to fuel your mornings and more fun libations later to fuel your evenings.
Monday evening: I’m moderating a panel about AI and energy use with the head of sustainability for Nvidia and more.
Tuesday afternoon: I’ll be interviewing Energy Secretary Chris Wright and moderating another panel on data centers and energy at the Dynamo Energy Hub.
